I ordered my boiler weeks ago, what's the delay?

We aim to process all boiler installations as quickly as possible, with high demand sometimes our targets are missed. If your experiencing extensive delays please contact our customer service number 0330 175 5315 our team will help move the process along.

Can I track my order?

When your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming the transaction.

Once our staff have processed the order, we will contact you and confirm details before we arrange delivery.


Do I have to wait for my boiler to be delivered?

Our engineers will deliver your boiler on the installation date scheduled. We can arrange a specific delivery day & time to make it as convenient as possible for you.

How do I contact customer service?

It's easy to message us from any page on our site, or you can email us  If your query is urgent, please call our Customer Service team on 0330 175 5315, and they will be happy to assist.  Our phone lines can be extremely busy so please be patient when calling.

I'm calling, why can't I get through?

We are doing our best to answer calls promptly and encouraging people to message us first. Please call during our opening hours and leave a message if your call is not taken.

How do I make a formal complaint?

You can use any of the above methods to initiate a complaint.  One of our team members will then contact you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


How do I buy on finance?

Once you have completed an installation survey and clicked finance, our finance partners will contact you to finish the process. It's a simple process over the phone which can be completed in a matter of minutes. 
Our finance partners offer competitive rates which are tailored to suit your personal circumstances and credit rating.

Can I pay with a Maestro card

Yes we accept Maestro card as well as many other payment methods. Payment can be made by MasterCard, Delta or Visa, by debit or credit card. 

I have forgotten my SecureCode or Verified By Visa password

For full security, we participate in the SecureCode and Verified By Visa schemes - please note that those processes are NOT operated by us.  After you enter your credit or debit card details, your card issuer will ask for part of your SecureCode or Verified By Visa password.  If you have forgotten that password they provide a link which you can use to access their systems to enable you to proceed with the order.

Can I pay on finance?

Yes, provided your finance application is approved, you can pay over a period of time for your installation. Successful finance applications will need to meet the criteria specified by our partners Ideal4Finance. There are several finance options to accommodate your needs.

How much does a boiler replacement cost?

Regardless of how hard we try, due to the nature of the industry we cannot guarantee a price without completing a survey which can be done remotely over a video call or by sending us a few pictures of your current boiler. Once completed we can give an accurate quote base on the information you've provided. 
Our boiler installations range from £1499 - £4999 depending on your specific requirements.

We do believe that we can offer the cheapest boiler installations with the most professional workmanship, making sure your not left with unqualified and inexperienced tradesmen trying to make a fast cash.

Are my personal details secure?

We take customer privacy seriously and treat all information in accordance with the applicable UK Data Protection legislation.  We do not store bank or card details.  All data traffic is protected using SSL certificates from GeoTrust.  Your information is handled and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).  Full details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

Can I order my boiler online?

Our website engineers are working extremely hard to make the site fully interactive with purchase options, online surveys and installation booking.
